1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Mines platform ("Service") operated by Infodot ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mines is a mining fleet management platform providing real-time GPS tracking, operational communications, maintenance management, fuel tracking, production monitoring, and related features for mining operations.

3. Accounts and Access

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • Accounts are tied to a team (mine). Team administrators are responsible for managing user access within their team.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or another team's data.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content intended to disrupt the Service.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any person.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all operational data (machine records, mine areas, feed posts, etc.) that you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Access to the Service may require a paid subscription.
  • Subscriptions are billed through Stripe in accordance with the plan you select.
  • Fleet slot limits are enforced per your subscription tier.
  • Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in suspension of access.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infodot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or operational interruption.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
