These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Dot.Mines and any connected Dot Ecosystem platform you sign in to through it. Dot.Mines is operated by BluePin Inc ("BluePin", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Dot.Mines, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You need an account to use Dot.Mines. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account and your team's fleet, sensor, and compliance data.

2. Ecosystem single sign-on

Your Dot Ecosystem account is also your identity on Dot.Mines. Signing in through a connected platform issues a short-lived, single-use token that confirms who you are, without you re-entering your password.

3. Fleet, sensor, and compliance data

Dot.Mines is a fleet operations and IoT monitoring platform covering live fleet tracking, geofencing, production and fuel reporting, maintenance scheduling, and compliance reporting. You're responsible for the accuracy of the data your team enters and the correct operation of any equipment or sensors your team connects — Dot.Mines doesn't independently verify machine condition, sensor calibration, or on-site compliance.

4. AI-assisted features

Dot.Mines uses AI models to generate predictive maintenance alerts, anomaly flags, and production recommendations from your team's operational data. These are decision-support tools, not a substitute for your team's own safety judgment, maintenance inspections, or regulatory compliance obligations — you remain responsible for acting on (or not acting on) any AI-generated insight.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Some Dot.Mines features require a paid subscription. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe; charges, renewals, and cancellations are handled through the billing portal in the app. Fees are billed in advance on your plan's billing cycle and are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to Dot.Mines, another team's data, or any connected platform;
• interfere with or disrupt Dot.Mines's infrastructure, sensor ingestion, or the ecosystem sign-on system; or
• use Dot.Mines for any unlawful purpose.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Dot.Mines available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Dot.Mines is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the accuracy of sensor readings supplied by connected equipment, AI-generated predictions or recommendations, or production and compliance outcomes based on data your team enters or your equipment reports. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BluePin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Dot.Mines.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, or if we reasonably believe your account poses a risk to Dot.Mines, the Dot Ecosystem, or other users.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date above when we do, and for material changes we'll take reasonable steps to let you know before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
